Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TradeStack.ai (“TradeStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our field-service software and our “Growth Engine” marketing services (together, the “Services”). It applies to our website, applications, and the features that publish content and run advertising on your behalf across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.

By using the Services or authorizing TradeStack to connect to a third-party account (for example, a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Meta ad account, or Google Business Profile), you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Who we are

TradeStack provides software for home-service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, and similar trades) to run scheduling, invoicing, and reporting, and to market their work. When you connect a social or advertising account, TradeStack acts as a tool you use to manage your own business presence on that platform. You (our customer) remain the owner and controller of your connected accounts and the content published to them.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information. Name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials you provide when you create an account or request access.
  • Business and job data. Information you enter or upload about your customers, jobs, schedules, invoices, photos of completed work, and related notes.
  • Platform data accessed with your permission. When you connect a third-party account, we access data through that platform’s official APIs, which may include your Page or profile identifiers and names, tokens that let us act on your behalf, the posts and media we publish for you, comments and messages related to that content, ad campaign settings, and aggregated performance metrics (such as reach, impressions, clicks, and spend).
  • Payment information. Billing details required to charge for paid features, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically when you use our website and applications.

Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google

To publish posts and run ads for you, we request access to your connected Meta and Google accounts through their official APIs. We only request the permissions needed to provide the features you enable. Specifically, we may use platform data to:

  • Create, schedule, and publish posts and stories to your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Google Business Profile;
  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in your Meta and Google ad accounts;
  • Retrieve performance metrics so we can report results back to you; and
  • Read and respond to comments or messages on content we publish, when you enable that feature.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including their limits on how Platform Data may be used and shared. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use platform data for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you have authorized, and we do not sell platform data.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • Publish content and run advertising on the accounts you connect;
  • Generate reports and analytics about your marketing performance;
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and updates;
  • Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • With the platforms you connect. To publish content or run ads, we send the content and campaign settings you approve to Meta, Google, and similar platforms.
  • With service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and payment processing) under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • For legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TradeStack, our customers, or the public.
  • In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your TradeStack settings, or by removing TradeStack from the relevant platform (for example, in your Facebook “Business Integrations” settings). When you disconnect, we stop accessing that platform’s data and revoke stored access tokens.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@gettradestack.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

If you remove TradeStack from Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us an automated data deletion request. We honor it, revoke the associated access tokens, and provide a confirmation code you can use to track the request on our data deletion status page.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@gettradestack.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to access tokens and account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant platforms of incidents as required.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
