Data Deletion

You can remove TradeStack’s access to any connected account at any time from your TradeStack settings, or from the connected platform (for example, Facebook “Business Integrations” settings). When you disconnect, we stop accessing that platform’s data and revoke stored access tokens.

To request full deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@gettradestack.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
